Is it Procrastination or Pausing?

Episode #009

Guest Speaker ~ Natasha Cassidy

“Knowing the empowerment and allowing your spiritual side to bring forth that power…that’s your higher self.”

– Natasha Cassidy

Natasha Cassidy is the author of Awakening the Feminine Goddess, Flashlights in the Sky, Miss Lacy’s Anxious Adventures: When anxieties get too big. She is an educator who helps parents better understand their children’s and teen’s mental, emotional and behavioral health. It was nice to have her spend time with me in the virtual studio to talk about her children’s books, touch on mental health, her experiences as a writer, and the determination to do things that resonate with Self.

If you feel procrastination is holding you back, this episode is for YOU. In this conversation, we shed light on this very important topic and what the real issue may be for the delay. Natasha explained, “Some people might call it the word procrastination; I’m not going to call it procrastination per se. I’m going to call it pausing — purposeful, positive pausing. Because we don’t always know what the next steps are.”

Pour yourself a mug of your favorite brew and listen to my conversation with Natasha. She is a creative soul with a tremendous amount of knowledge to share on her, as she states, quirky journey.
