White sage is used in many cultures as part of their ceremony to cleanse and clear the energies in an environment. The aroma instills a sense of peace and focus.

White Sage has a natural and unique aroma when burned. It is often used prior to meditation or other sacred ceremonies. The soothing scent reduces stress and improves mental focus.

Suggested use: hold the sage bundle at a 45 degree angle over a flame and ignite. Let it burn for a few seconds before lightly blowing out the flame. Waft the smoke around your space to clear the energies and invite peace and positivity into your immediate environment. When finished, place the sage bundle in a non-flammable bowl with the ignited end down (it will put itself out).
